ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS
1. Each imprint process offered requires camera-ready artwork.
2. Each artwork size and placement must be clearly indicated before production can begin.
3. We will accept camera-ready artwork via email or hard copy sent via mail service. To ensure exact detail imaging of camera-ready artwork, faxing of artwork is not acceptable.
4. A paper proof of layout will be provided for your approval. Your approval removes the factory’s responsibility of any errors.
ORDERING
1. All orders require a quote from factory.
2. Acknowledgement: To be sent via fax at time of order entry. Factory will not be responsible for any errors unless notified immediately.
3. Any additions or deductions must be quoted separately by factory.
4. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice. We will however, accept any order that has been quoted within a 30 day time period.
5. All products is custom produced to order, certain quantity requirements need to be met for standard production pricing.
PRODUCTION
1. All orders are produced to order. Therefore, no production can begin until written approval of layout has been faxed to the factory.
2. Normal production time is 5-6 weeks from receipt of confirmed order. This involves orders requiring debossing. Orders requiring die struck medallions will require 8 week production time.
3. Quick ship orders are considered to be orders with a delivery time of 2-3 weeks will be assessed a surcharge of 20%. Medallion orders can not be quick shipped.
4. All rush orders must be confirmed by factory.
SAMPLES
1. Spec samples can be supplied upon request and will be invoiced 2X of quoted price. These samples are not returnable A 50 % Sample Credit will be applied when initial shipment of purchase order is invoiced.
PACKAGING and OTHER SERVICES
1. All products are in a shipped plain gift box. Custom gift packaging is available. .
2. A $75.00 charge is invoice for each debossing die.
3. Set Up and Run Charges are not assessed. This is considered part of standard production since goods are made to order.
4. Our premier gift packaging includes a drawstring pouch with silk-screened logo, And 2 piece gift box with silk-screened logo. A set up charge of $50.00 per size Silkscreen is charged. We will quote based on the quantity / per item.
5. Our custom die struck logo medallion program requires 500 pc. minimum production.
6. The medallion program usually requires 2 hardened steel dies. The first is to strike the logo ($500.00). The second is to trim the shape of the medallion ($300.00). For those medallions needing to be pierced, a third die is needed; of which there is an additional charge of $400.00.
7. An additional time allowance of 3-4 weeks is required when placing orders utilizing the use of die struck medallions.
SHIPPING
1. Standard UPS or approved Motor Freight Service will be used. This will be noted on confirmed receipt of purchase order. Any premium service such as Fed Ex Next Day Service or similar service must be noted in writing 5 days prior to ship date.
2. All shipments are FOB: New Jersey
3. All orders are shipped prepaid, unless instructed otherwise.
4. A Drop Shipment Charge of $5.00 will be incurred on second and all subsequent shipments.
5. The recipient due to the title passing upon consignment of merchandise to carrier must initiate freight claims.
TRADEMARKS
Authorization is assumed to be transferred to Aberdeen Leather by the distributor / client regarding the use of any and all trademarks presented to Aberdeen Leather for the use of production. Aberdeen Leather assumes no responsibility in trademark or copyright disputes. Examples of product showing logos, designs, insignias and any or all trademarks, shown by Aberdeen Leather in this catalog or website, are to serve only as examples of our debossing and printing capabilities. These products are not for resale, nor are they to be construed as product that is endorsed by the trademark owner. All trademarks are the property of their respective owner.
